While waiting for him to go pick-up the car in stock, he provided us water, coffee, candies and especially gifts from the merchandise shop. He gave my wife a Mercedes Benz's teddy bear, and that made her very happy. The whole experience of purchasing a car from Mercedes Benz of Anaheim was nothing but great expectations. This is my third car purchasing from this dealership, and i will continue to buy more Benz here. More

Everyone that we met at Mercedes-Benz of Anaheim was super nice and low key. Not one of them ever tried to force us into making a decision. Internet Sales Manager Chris Klee was the best of all. He was not a bit pushy. He just provided information, not pressure. The entire experience was pleasant, including time with Greg in Finance and Gail Ross who explained the vehicle features to us. I highly recommend Chris and Mercedes-Benz of Anaheim. Anyone who has had less than a stellar experience with this dealer should really contact management and give them a chance to respond; because our experience could not have been any better. More

Although they were unsuccessful in their attempts, I appreciated their efforts to go above and beyond to make a customer happy. When I picked up my GLC300, Mike Sullivan even came in on his day off to go over all the great features. Truly outstanding service!! More
