Best car buying experience ever I had been searching the entire country for months looking for a particular Sprinter Van. I live in the SF Bay area and it seems like all the dealers I had been searching the entire country for months looking for a particular Sprinter Van. I live in the SF Bay area and it seems like all the dealers did not want to deal with trying to find what I was looking for. While on my search I reached out to Joanne K. at Mercedes of Anaheim to find out if they had what I was looking for and she did not but asked what I wanted and said she would do her best to find it. After my months of searching, I thought "yeah sure". Joanne called a couple of days later and said she had what I wanted - could not believe it. Joanne went out of her way to make the whole buying process easy, she even picked me up at the airport. Not only was the experience great but the dealership did not put any mark-up on the vehicle so the price was great as well. All the dealerships in my area were adding a 5K upcharge on 4wd Sprinter vans. If you are looking for a Sprinter van this is the only place I would even consider More
