I did not have a pleasant experience with this dealership. I brought my vehicle for issues I experienced in the first 3000 miles with the AMG and none were resolved. The first visit was the worst dealership. I brought my vehicle for issues I experienced in the first 3000 miles with the AMG and none were resolved. The first visit was the worst experience; the foreman was dismissive about my concerns and held the car for too long. I brought my vehicle in to address several issues, but none of them were resolved. One of my primary concerns was an abnormal noise that was clearly different from normal road noise. After the service visit, I noticed even more noises than before. Additionally, the vehicle was kept at the service center for an excessive amount of time—from Monday through Saturday—only for me to receive it back in worse condition than when I dropped it off. Overall, I am very disappointed with the quality of service and the lack of resolution after nearly a week without my vehicle. The second visit was similar in experience. More
