Service advisor Babak Vahedi was helping me. i Brought my GLA in for battery and front passenger airbag issues. Told him battery was replaced in April, 2026 and airbag was also repaired at the i Brought my GLA in for battery and front passenger airbag issues. Told him battery was replaced in April, 2026 and airbag was also repaired at the same time. He informed me I need to pay $197 to diagnosis. Also mentioned that one year battery warranty require driving 10,000 miles a year. This GLA is my fourth Mercedes car (S420 C350 CLK500 GLA35 AMG). Till my last service with Mr. Vahedi, I started to regret to own Mercedes. The April invoice stated clearly the service is good for one year. The 10,000 miles was also not quite true after I research with Mercedes West Covina dealer. Mr. Vahedi also alerted to me that if the above issues came up again, he will not provide any service. Basically, I will not go to Anaheim dealer neither. More
