I have been in contact with dealers off and on since the summer. I had a C280 and wanted to upgrade to a different model in the Mercedes Benz family. Living in Baltimore City, I have been in contact with pretty much all of the dealers in my Area, but for some reason I never even considered dealing with Annapolis. Now, I wish I would have made my first call to them. Out of all of my years of buying cars, I have never had such a stress free and enjoyable experience as I did at the Mercedes dealer in Annapolis. They were totally honest and very friendly. Not only did they beat my other offers, they catered to my every need. I couldn't believe that Brian, my salesman actually brought a car to my job on my break in Baltimore City for me to just see the exterior color of a car in the daylight. I saw the car online and was totally convinced that I would hate the color. However, I have not only gotten out of a remaining year of lease term, but I am now financing the most beautiful E-350 AWD I have ever seen!!! I would strongly encourage anyone who is considering buying a Mercedes or upgrading their current one to make the Mercedes in Annapolis dealer their one and only stop. Take it from me, they won't waste your time or stop working for you until they can have you happily leaving their grounds with a deal and car that you can smile about!! More
