He epitomizes to concept of Customer Service excellence. He listens to the voice of the customer and explains the process that will be used upon intake of the vehicle. His pleasant demeanor and "can-do" attitude creates a welcoming experience. As a perfectionist, this was especially pleasing as I have not received an unpleasant experience with the extraordinary team of professional. Alex is a true asset to both Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis and it's customers alike. As a long time Lexus loyalist, I must admit that I was apprehensive of the service and level of detail that I would receive from a Mercedes-Benz dealership. Alex' actions allayed my apprehension and confirmed my decision to become a proud Mercedes owner. They simply do not come any better than Alex! Whenever I have had a problem I called h I have been dealing with Mercedes of Annapolis for the past 18 months. My service provider is Jeff Johnson. Whenever I have had a problem I called him and received a prompt response to my problem. He took my car in the next day with an explanation as to what was going on and how long it would take to correct. Sean Engelhard is such an excellent advisor. He communicates so well and is very helpful and always on the top of things. I highly recommend him for anyone . You will not be disappointed! He goes out of his way to make sure that absolutely everything that we might need is taken care of, and he does it right the first time! Glenn Pierce in parts is our "go to guy" anytime we need parts. He seems to know every car from memory, and is generous with his time giving helpful advice and details. The waiting area at Mercedes Benz of Annapolis is very nice, complete with a wide array of beverages and snacks. Their car wash is superior to other Mercedes dealers we have encountered when traveling in other states. I highly recommend MB of Annapolis Service to anyone who owns a Mercedes vehicle! More

I took my car for the first wash today and I cannot praise them enough. The service department is like no other I have ever experienced and I have been to many. The area you pull into is spotless and the manner in which staff greet you makes you feel more like you have arrived at a hotel with valet parking and concierge service. The lounge area is extremely comfortable and also spotless. There is a big screen television on the wall that shows the actual area where cars are worked on. You guessed it, even that area is spotless. It seriously was hard to believe that I was in a car service department. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Given the overall buying experience from Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis and with today's experience with their service department, I am hooked for life on Mercedes-Benz. More
