My first visit to Mercedes Benz of Annapolis was the best experience, I’ve had in a long time. I had to come in for a recall on my cls550. Was scheduled quickly by chuck Lehman and greeted at the door by him experience, I’ve had in a long time. I had to come in for a recall on my cls550. Was scheduled quickly by chuck Lehman and greeted at the door by him not even knowing it was him. Wow made me feel like I was apart of the Benz family. He went step by step about the recall process, and took care of my car like it was his own.I recommend chuck and this dealer to anyone that wants great customer service and a new family.
