"Always a great experience "

I have been coming to Mercedes Benz of Annapolis four years now. Being currently stationed in North Carolina I still try to get as much service done at this location as possible. This is my home state and location so I enjoy the customer service each and everytime I stop in. Check Leyman is by far the best service dept representative I have ever had to deal with. Very complimentary to any need that comes my way. Great Job Chuck

"Emergency Service"

Needed all four tires changed based on recommendation from previous service, However, had an emergency when one of the tires developed a bulge and needed immediate attention. Chuck quickly and efficiently got me in for the service and out in a loaner to get back to work. My vehicle was ready In a timely manner. Chuck is knowledgeable, affable and trustworthy.

"ALEX or Nothing! "

A 25 word minimum won’t sufficiently describe the stellar service I receive EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I visit Alex Clothier! I’m always greeted with a smile, am made to feel special among many of his clients, and never leave feeling like I’ve been overcharged. In fact, I usually leave with advise on how to get great performance from my vehicle which I love - cause he’s always right! MBUSA - he’s your best on the service team and he’s the reason I still have a Benz! Consider this a nomination for a service award!

"Great experience with Alex! "

This was my first time at the Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis and it was wonderful. Normally, my husband handles everything car related, and Alex made the process very easy for me and explained everything in a way that made me feel more knowledgeable and confident in understanding what services we were paying for. The loaner car was a brand new version of our current car, which was fun and made it very easy for me to continue with my day and scheduled plans as needed. My car looked brand new when I picked it up- 5 star service from drop off to pick up!
