We explained we wanted to look at other brands before we made out final decision. On Saturday I texted him to let him know we wanted a Mercedes-Benz but were undecided on 3 different cars. By the time we arrived at the dealer, he had them all lined up and ready to test drive. Wow, that’s AMAZING customer service and very considerate of our time.
