Roberto was so easy to work with. Communication was excellent and very responsive. I was looking for all electric and had two models in mind. Roberto was so detailed with everything I asked and educated me more on the car which made the purchase so much more enjoyable. I got my first Mercedes at 21yrs (19 years ago!) old and have been a long time Rusnak Arcadia because of the people like Roberto. When I got home, I realized that I forgot my passport wallet with cash and credit cards after a test drive and Roberto assisted me finding it in the cars we drove. Within 30min l had it back in my hands. More
