This MBenz dealership is very convenient to us and that’s why I chose it initially. We also bring our current older model Mercedes Benz cars to this dealership for service from time to time. Roberto was very helpful as I have a VW iD4 EV and after reading I wanted to try a hybrid. We test drove one with a few more options than I wanted but I liked the car. He throughly explained everything and negotiated on my behalf the down payment i needed plus monthly payments. I have about 3 more payments on my VW but did not want two carpayments so I asked if maybe they could take over the payout. This dealership could not. So a relative and a friend suggested another MBenz dealership who also knew a buyer/auctioneer who would consider a full payout. They also have a MBenz GLC350e that financially makes sense for my situation. I do appreciate Roberto’s time and I also understand that not every dealership works the same way… if we need service - we know where to come. More
