Service personnel are there to Gouch as much as they can. They always pick on the most expensive part to replace first instead of diagnosing the real problem. I had a problem with my old 300E before tha it dies on me when I'm trying to make a left Rusnak Mercedes and Glendale Mercedes told me that they need to replace the computer which will cost me a couple of thousands. Both charge me diagnostic fee eventhough it's a misdiagnosis. I brought the car to Beverly Hills Mercedes and they fix it. It turns out that i was only a relay that si connected to the computer which cost like $30 plus instead of a a couple of thousands. I've been telling people my experience for both dealership. I hope the diagnostic charge that's actually just a guess was worth it.because I know theye lost clients. Very shady for a dealership like this. More
