I had a very disappointing experience with Mercedes-Benz of Arlington. I received a phone call from their staff, and the interaction was extremely unprofessional. The representative spoke to me in a disresp of Arlington. I received a phone call from their staff, and the interaction was extremely unprofessional. The representative spoke to me in a disrespectful and condescending manner, repeatedly calling me and making me feel uncomfortable rather than helping address my needs. Customer service should reflect the quality and professionalism you expect from a luxury brand, but this was the complete opposite. Instead of being courteous and respectful, the tone was dismissive and inappropriate. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this dealership. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves how they communicate with customers. More
