I've been taking my CLK for service at Mercedes-Benz of Arlington for about 15 years now and I have been very satisfied. My most recent visit, two days ago, was typically superb. Hugh McGuire was my service advisor. He immediately found the problem as we looked for the source of coolant leak and the car was ready within a few hours. What makes my visits to this service department unusually interesting and fun is that the service department, from the technicians I've met, to my advisor and all the way to the service manager, David Smith, is staffed with real "car gurus." They not only prove repeatedly that they know just about all the possible technical issues that these cars can have, and how to fix them definitively the first time, but they are also personally interested in the cars themselves. Every visit becomes a truly fun learning experience for me, and "fun" is not a word I normally would associate with a visit to a car service center! So I unconditionally recommend the service department at Mercedes-Benz of Arlington, including the body shop, which I've also had to use on occasion.
