"Bad experience with warranty service"

Had my MERCEDES towed from fredericksburg va to this dealership to do warranty work on mb that had a diesel fuel leak. They cleaned car up and fixed problem and notified me that car was ready for pickup. I took train from fredericksburg to dealership and was informed that no one could find the key to the car. I would have to return another day to pickup car. I asked if I could get a loaner since I was from 50 + milea away. Since I had not purchased this car from the dealeship, I was informed this was not possible( although I still owned a car that I had purchased at the dealership). I have not been back since.

Great experience from the moment I left the car, until I picked up. Dan Moreau is an excellent professional, he communicated with me timely and efficiently about the state of the car and the cost of repairs. He followed up to let me know at what time the car was ready for pick up and he provided me with all the details related to the repairs. I'm grateful to this center for providing a car while my car is in service.

"Malick Faye made me a Winner!"

As a former Benz owner, I had some free time, so I stopped by the Arlington Dealership. I was greeted by Malick Faye whose approach to sales was so refreshing that my dreams met my true interest. I left the proud purchaser of a sleek black convertible, the type of vehicle that, until recently, had always been in my life. Malick knew what I wanted; joined me in my journey back to my best driving days; partnered with me to make it happen; and helped me to realize the absolute joy of driving like no traffic exists. As summer turns to fall, those days are multiplied; fresh breeze and freedom. I may even follow the words of Jay - Z, "Top down in the winter, cause that's what winners do." We had a great overall experience from beginning to end at this dealership. Malick was a pleasure to work with . He was very knowledgeable about the car, and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. Carl was also great guiding us through the financial process, making sure we felt comfortable with the purchase. Dan made sure to have my tire replaced in a timely and efficient manner. I let Dan know that my tire was covered by the tire protection. It was not immediately known as it was not in the computer. Dan called the company to make sure this was correct and he was able to give me the tire replacement protection for the tire. I waited in the service area.

I have only been a Mercedes-Benz owner for a few years. While the brand speaks for itself, I submit the one thing I have enjoyed and impresses me the most is the royal treatment I receive from my service advisor, Derek Humelsine. Derek always goes above and beyond to schedule my service appointments around my busy travel schedule and always calls me back to answer any questions or concerns I might have. He is truly an asset to the Mercedes-Benz of Arlington dealership.
