Brought my new vehicle in for schedule a service. An email provided by the dealer stated a rental would be available for the day. Dealership was in complete confusion about this. I didn’t need a tire rotation, asked that it be removed from the scheduled service. I would told removal of that service would save me…a penny. One cent. There was a lot of hokey things going on. Take your beloved Benz someplace else. More
Dealership service dept. posts notices and mailers saying loaners are available upon scheduling. In a market for new MB? Go elsewhere. Below average service dept and especially the service manager. Not what one expects from a so called premium brand. My advice, go elsewhere. More

This year the car stopped while I was driving again. This time they said it was the fuel pump and replaced it. I also had A1 service done. Next day my car was completely dead. They said it's the battery. I do not trust Arrowhead Mercedes benz service. It was a terrible experience . More
I don’t like to give bad reviews, but the Mercedes-Benz USA Arrowhead dealership’s service department has provided one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. For a milestone birthday, I purchased an Merce USA Arrowhead dealership’s service department has provided one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. For a milestone birthday, I purchased an Mercedes Benz. It’s always been a dream of mine to own one. My battery died and I scheduled an appointment with this dealership to have it checked. They installed an AFTERMARKET battery in my car and I’ve had nothing but problems with my car since. I’ve had to bring my car in for service now twice this year and now my car is inoperable. This is just a small example of the subpar service received. I wouldn’t expect this level of service from such a top tier automotive brand like Mercedes Benz. Such a disappointment. As a woman who is a customer, I feel disrespected, unheard, and disregarded. I have a laundry list of issues with this dealership. Please don’t waste your time here. You will regret it. I wish I would have read the reviews and Better Business Bureau rating before doing business with this dealership. More
Went to this dealership for warranty work on Known faulty electric brake pump and pedal went to the floor in stop and go traffic. Mercedes has 25 year recall if they fail and has stored code. This dealership said my calipers were rusty and they could go any farther untill I paid to have all calipers, brake pads , and rotors replace at a cost of over $2700 dollars then they would test and look at the faulty pump with no quarrantys to replace or repair. I will never take my car or business to this dealership. When I picked up the paper work only says front calipers need replaced due to visual inspection with no cost on the paperwork. This dealership is not honest and not in the best interest of the customer. More

Our problem was fixed quickly, even though a shortage of parts required shipping parts in from another dealership. We were under a time lime due to a family health problem and Adrian stayed with our unit, g parts required shipping parts in from another dealership. Salesman was great. Backend process especially service department is the worst experience of any dealer I have ever purchased from. Svc Manager was to busy to even stop by after expressing my poor experi department is the worst experience of any dealer I have ever purchased from. The lack of communication between the sales and service led to lack of information at my appointment. When the service advisor acted like it was not her fault, her condescending attitude spoke louder than anything they could do correctly. When I picked up my vehicle, what was supposed to have been completed was still not done when asked if the advisor had looked at the vehicle and receiving an affirmative response, I mentioned the badging not being correct on a CPO 2020 MB. Maybe not a big deal but the little things count. Will never return to Arrowhead MB for service again. With a 65k vehicle, I would expect to be treated as a valued client. Love the MB product. Hoping for better service in Scottsdale. More
