Sale went very smooth. The entire sales/delivery process was very efficient, taking less than 2 hours to complete. I will recommend the Arrowhead MB location to my contacts. More

I am giving Arrowhead Mercedes a "5" score on all categories because I had a wonderful experience buying my first Mercedes there. Promptly upon arriving, I was greeted by Barry Bridges. He was sincere and able to help me quickly and thoroughly. He knew his fleet/inventory well and was able to direct me to exactly what I was shopping for without wasting time. Honestly I was debating between the C250 and a Lexus IS250 and asked him why I should buy the C250. What I liked about barry was that he was honest, he didn't "bad mouth" Lexus, but was able to tell the edge MB has over lexus. He was knowledgeable about his product and truly very helpful. We were able to negotiate a deal that I feel was a win-win for both parties. He was never pushy, let me take my time in making my decisions, and had a great cheerful and pleasant disposition. The entire process was painless, and easy. He was very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend anyone shop at arrowhead MB, and would definitely direct my friends and family who may be in the market for a Mercedes straight to Barry. Thank you for making this a pleasant car buying experience. More

Nice facility and staff were very friendly. However, secure your own financing prior to going to dealership to shop for a car. Do not give them permission to run your credit. I had secured financing and requested that they used one of the two I knew I would get approval from. Found out weeks after the sale that they ran financing request thru at least 15 banks/credit unions that were never mentioned to me. Some bank even offered me shorter terms that were never discussed with me, and had many rejected my loan due to the length requested. Most rejected due to the large number of loan requests on my credit reports, this is due to the dealers (I had brought another new car last summer).. so it looks like they all do it. I will be contacting the AZ Corporation Commission to see if they can address this practice used by dealerships. I purchased extended warranty, only to find out that the previous owner had a transferable extended warrant better than the one I purchased, since I would have had to contact previous owners (contact information I did not have) to give their ok within 10 days. This warranty was never mentioned to me, I am sure the dealer had to know as all of this information was in the car's information package, I just kicked myself for not reading all of the information sooner, it would have saved me from buying an $1,800.00 extended warranty, when I could have paid $50.00 to transfer a better warranty from previous owner. Otherwise, I love my car...felt they gave me a great deal ! We have purchased Mercedes in the past and loved the vehicles. The physical plant at Arrowhead is exceptional and the amenities provided before and after purchase are as well. Barry Bridges provided the best customer service we have ever experienced. He is knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and went out of his way to explain the new technology we purchased on the E-350. We went back to Arrowhead just recently (less than a month since purchase) and Barry walked us through the blue tooth operation (again) with the same courtesy and knowledge he provided at the time of purchase. As we both are senior citizens, our familiarity with newer technology is limited, but Barry patiently explained and allowed us to understand and use the bluetooth app to access the telephone and audio features. This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! It began with a general inquiry I had made through the Mercedes Benz corporate site 5 days ago, when I "built" an E350 sedan to the specs I des had! It began with a general inquiry I had made through the Mercedes Benz corporate site 5 days ago, when I "built" an E350 sedan to the specs I desired. The site advised me that my inquiry would be sent to the 3 dealers in my area. Within 30 minutes, I received a well -written, informative introductory email from JEFF LANE, Internet Sales Manager, composed in such a way that it held my attention. The 2nd dealer in my area took 2 more days to respond, and the 3rd dealer even longer. After a brief phone conversation with JEFF, I met him on Saturday to test drive. I appreciated his no-nonsense, no red-tape sales approach, his candor and honesty. He is extremely knowledgeable about the cars, patiently explained the lease numbers with me, and was able to answer all questions I had, and meet my needs to stay within my budget. Nothing was ever a problem, and by our second conversation, I committed to leasing a car from JEFF. Today, on just my second visit to the dealership, I took delivery on my car. I truly appreciated the professionalism JEFF LANE and TODD DAVIDSON, Finance Manager presented, as I had told Jeff my husband was bringing me in to co-sign, but then would be leaving to return to work. My husband was delighted, amazed and impressed that the paperwork took barely 10 minutes to complete! TODD never tried to push the "add-ons" on me, which was really refreshing. They were presented, I declined and we moved on. I have many friends who own Mercedes and shop at the dealer closer to my home - Schumacher Mercedes - but I will be sure to sing the praises of Mercedes Benz of Arrowhead to all of them, and send any one I can to JEFF LANE. Thank you for a fabulous experience and I look forward to working with JEFF again in a few years. More
I had a BAD experience with this dealer. This is why. My new CLA developed a crack in the windshield. We took it to Arrowhead Mercedes to be looked at. Esther Jordan was the person assigned to us. She told us that the windshield needed to be replaced. We told her that Allstate told us to have it fixed and they would reimburse us. Her first reaction was to tell us that they probably would not pay what the dealership would charge. She told us that we would probably have to work through a glass place that they recommended. We told her that that's not what our agent advised us. She seemed to want to discourage us from having it repaired at Arrowhead. We told her we were more comfortable having Mercedes do the repair. She then checked to see if the part was in stock. It wasn't but she said that it was "in town" and that they could get it. We then scheduled the repair for today. She told me to bring the car in at 9:00. I left the car. She said that she would call me when it was ready. It would take a god part of the day. When I got home, Esther called and told me that they did not have the part. They would not be able to get it until Monday. I would have to pick the car up and bring it back on Monday. I told her that she should have checked to make sure it was there before I came in. She didn't explain why she hadn't done that and didn't seem too concerned that she was wasting my time. I told her to forget the repair. I will take it some place else. I then put a call into the Service Manager, who has still not called me back! Shortly thereafter, Esther called me back and told me that the part had arrived. I told her that I had already arranged with another dealer to do the repair. I again asked her why she had not checked to make sure the part was in. She then told me that they don't actually order the part until your car is on the premises unless you pre-pay and she hadn't wanted to ask us to do that. That made no sense. I am taking my car back and will never return to this dealer. I expected better from Mercedes. The service manager, Vern Foutz, did call me back. When I told him that I was writing this review, he hung up on me! More
