What a delightful gal! We sat down with her as she went line by line with me to see what I wanted. She pulled it up, we drove it and I knew that was the one. Not to mention that she knew her stuff! She answered every question I asked and then some. I do have to say that a test drive with her was the best. She is fun, knowledgeable, informative and at the end of the drive we wanted to take her home with us! Not to slight Calab, he was an awesome salesperson and I will see him for my first service. Katie, I call her the “bells and whistles “ gal. She knows the technology up and down and is a delight. She makes learning the cockpit easy! Brig Lentz was extremely helpful finding the right car for us. Payment options were difficult at best. We never got to speak to a finance person. They originally value our trade-in low and only raised it slightly. We could have bought any price vehicle on this lot and paid cash. We paid $40 for a walk through of the features and never got that. A person called the next day to get us set up on an app and basically said everything was digital and we could find the explanations on the car. Never have had this before. No one spoke to us but Brig. More
