Good Evening, Thank you for your feedback- We understand that it is through our customer comments that we are able to improve our service. First, I would like to apologize for the delay during your visit. Tyler was not able to meet with you when you arrived as he was assisting another client at that time, although he explained that he was able to greet you and inform you of the wait. We do our best to always serve our customers with appointments in a timely manner- I apologize we missed the mark during your visit. With regard to your dissatisfaction with the New Honda Loaner car: it is our company policy that we provide Mercedes-Benz loaners to those customers who purchase their vehicles from Atlanta Classic Cars. Our Honda fleet is brand new and we feel a better option then many dealerships offer as a secondary option to Mercedes-Benz, which is often a rental car which can be less then clean and usually requires a longer wait time. It's important that I convey to you that we have not been in business for 36 years because we do not understand the value of customer loyalty. We stay in business, only when our customers return to our facility for repeat business. One sale does not make us successful. I'm sorry that you were dissaointed in your visit. So, I'd like to address your concerns with the actual service diagnosis. Our staff was prompt in diagnosing the issues on your vehicle and contacted you within a few hours, as your mentioned. Mercedes-Benz requires a brake fluid flush every two years and your vehicle history showed no record of one ever being done. This mantenance item is critical in keeping the entire brake system working properly. This is of course, a safety issue. The next issue was the coolant. Our technician diagnosed that there were two cracks in the coolant resevoir which were causing leaks. Sometimes these cracks cannot be seen without the vehicle being on the lift- we would be happy to show you the issue should you want to bring the vehilce back in. In the event that your vehicle run out of coolant, it is likely the engine will overheat, which can cause severe damage and leave you in an undesireable position. Neither of which is something we want for our customers. I apologize that this was not made more clear. We value your business and hope to rectify this situation. Good afternoon Johanna, I do appreciate your quick response. However, I did not speak to Tyler until 2:27. I asked two different individuals when I would be helped and they said shortly, but I was never approached by Tyler until he took me back to his office at 2:27. In actuality, Tyler helped several people, one gentleman that came in after I did, without saying so much as "hi" to me. In regards to the loaner car - I can not speak to what other dealerships, just my experience at Lexus and there is a drastic difference in the service I received. I thought that being in the luxury business, you all would not discriminate against a person because they didn't purchase their car at your dealership. The reality is that I did purchase the car and I feel I should've have been treated as a luxury car owner. If your policy is otherwise - I have no choice but to respect it. We did take the car to a very reputable mechanic that has been working on Mercedes Benz automobiles for 25 years today. Again, I greatly appreciate the quick response but I still am left with an unpleasant taste in my mouth. I had seriously considered trading my car in for a S550, but your service department has soured me on the dealership as a whole. Sincerely, Keisha J. Hayes
