I recently leased a new car from Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta Northeast and honestly, it was a really smooth process. My sales rep, Finn Misa, was knowledgeable, professional, and just easy to deal with — no pre Northeast and honestly, it was a really smooth process. My sales rep, Finn Misa, was knowledgeable, professional, and just easy to deal with — no pressure, no run-around, just genuine help in finding the right vehicle. The sales manager, Charles Kleinschnitz, was also great to work with. He was always accessible by phone or text and really helped me land on the right lease terms — getting me the car I wanted at a price that fit my budget. I was pleasantly surprised by the vehicle delivery process. John Van Derburgh walked me through everything and made sure I actually understood all the features before I drove off, which a lot of dealerships either rush through or skip altogether. If you're shopping for a Mercedes and want a no-hassle experience with a genuinely helpful staff who know what they're doing, this is the dealership to check out. Highly recommend! More
