They show me only the mercedes-Benz that l was able to get with my credit score being low. l never thought with the score l have , that l would be able to buy a car at a Mercedes-Benz dealership of South Atlanta. until l meet this Man name ARTHUR McCOY he is the credit Acceptance Manager there. who made it happen for me. so if you have a job he can do the same for you, everyone there work as a team,!!!!!!!! l just wanted to take time out to say Thank you, for being patient with me and helping me get the car l wanted. We had been shopping online for used low mileage Lincoln Navigators and had found several in the Atlanta area. Disappointment after disappointment. Six different dealerships in the Atlanta area lost our business due to the difficulty dealing over the phone. We saw one at Mercedes Benz of South Atlanta and to be honest, I was skepticle about even calling. I figured a dealership with high end vehicles & the difficulties I had already experienced, was not gonna even call. I am so glad I did. Richard Martin was my salesman. I explained what we were looking for and what I was willing to spend. He called me 3 times in a matter of 15 minutes and we were where we wanted to be. I had not physically seen the vehicle other than the pics online. Richard assured me that the vehicle was better than the pics showed and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Long story short, we agreed to a price over the phone (drive off the lot price), I showed up an hour before close on a weekday, drove the vehicle and it was as good as Richard said it was. Signed some papers, wrote a check, and was on the road back home in a hour. No hassel, no hidden fees, and absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had in 40 years of buying vehicles. We were welcomed to the site by the general manager while briefly waiting for closing papers to be finalized. We shopped online and over the phone before driving from Kentucky all the way down to Atlanta specificially to shop and buy at Mercedes Benz of South Atlanta. We are so very pleased with the vehicle we bought and will encourage our family and friends to go there when in the market for a new or used vehicle.
