We have pondered for the past year as to what kind of car we wanted to purchase. Neither myself or my wife could agree. We have friends who own Mercedes and have always been pleased with the car and the Mercedes service. After considerable on-line exploring we decided to visit the Mercedes dealer in our area. Not intending to purchase on our first visit, we were pleasantly surprised by the reception and quality of the people we talked to at the Dealership. There were no high pressure tactics, (that we could detect)but, instead were provided with the information we needed to make OUR decision as to buy or not to buy a Mercedes. We decided that evening to buy. The folks at the dealership, were knowledgeable and raised our knowledge level to where we felt comfortable in making this decision. We absolutely love the car!. We look forward to being a member of the Mercedes family. The experience we had, far exceeded our expectations on the purchase of an automobile. We've had 2 experiences with this dealership. Each time we walked out with a car: first for a 2011 E350 for my wife, then for a 2012 c250 for my commuter duties. . I am an admitted anal retentive, overly analytic difficult customer. I am a numbers person, which I know frustrates a lot of sales consultants. However, Alvin was more than accommodating and patient with me. Furthermore we appreciated his professionalism. We've had experiences with other dealerships in the atlanta area, but none have come close to the experience we had at MB or south atlanta. Heck, Mercedes if Buckhead is down the block from where we live, but we're williling to make the trek down to do business with MBSA. Without a doubt we will be returning to Alvin for future purchases. More
I sent out 6 emails inquiries through the MBUSA website. Three dealerships responded with generic responses and three actually responded with helpful answers. Jeff Garris answered my email with " I don't have what you want but I will find it and sell it to you for the price you requested". No bait and switch. No hassles. No problems. He made me feel so at ease that the rest of the purchase seem to fall into place instantly. It was to be a surprise present for my wife and He and Sankar (product specialist) went above and beyond to make the delivery a moment she will always remember (she cried). The extra steps taken, including a "showroom" delivery, convinced me I had the right dealership and I was thrilled with my decision! We took our new C250 on a weekend trip to Florida the following week and enjoyed the drive more than the stay. I have and will recommend Mercedes Benz Of South Atlanta to anyone wanting a "no pressure" hassle free" buying experience. More
I can't be more pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff at Mercedes of South Atlanta. Although Mercedes of Buckhead is closer, I chose to drive the extra 15 minutes to Mercedes o friendliness of the staff at Mercedes of South Atlanta. Although Mercedes of Buckhead is closer, I chose to drive the extra 15 minutes to Mercedes of South Atlanta, because of their immediate response to my inquiries and because they weren't looking to force me into buying a car at their dealership that I didn't want- they worked with me to find the Mercedes I wanted with the features that I needed. If I couldn't be more impressed, my sales associate called me 4 days later to see if I was happy or if I had any questions about the vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
I love being a Mercedes Benz owner because of the service I have received from the personnel at this dealership. Toussant went above and beyond to ensure that everything went off without a hitch. I was a little apprehensive because I negotiated over the phone and flew in to collect the car on black Friday (of all days :-) but there were no issues whatsoever. I will not hesitate to recommend your dealership to anyone and I'm certain that I will be back to buy from you again. My only regret is that I do not live close enough to be able to use the service department. More

However, this year was exceptional due to me being a single woman with one car and no additional transportation,South Atlanta exceptional customer service makes me feel like family. When I drop my car off I 99% of the time I will have a Mercedes as a loaner. The General Manager Mark Knauss was very accomodating when I told him I needed a few additional weeks to pay for repair that my car needed. With his exceptional customer service provide me with instant relief for me not worring about additional rental car fees and also paying for car repairs. I love the service I receive from South Atlanta so much, I am recommending anyone who I know is interested in purchasing a car, especially single woman to purchase a Mercedes. My mother is planning to purchase a new car in the very near future and she is looking at a Lexis. However, I gave her a ride in my loaner car and she was very impressed. I hope that experience persuades her to purchase a Mercedes. More
