I originally went to see the AMG and was disappointed to find it had been sold. After thinking further, I went back and inquired about the 550 on the lot and bought that. It came with 22" wheels and tires on it but I didn't notice at the time. After driving for a day, I became nervous about having them on the car as I thought they may be adversly affecting the ride and handling. Specifically, I thought they came too close to the idler arm at the top of the wheel. I took it in as they had promised to clean them up anyway and found out I would be without it all holiday weekend. Dana tried her best but that was the only schedule that was available. This is when Earnest stepped in and offered stock wheels and tires for the car. I accepted immediately and have been immensly satisfied with the car ever since. It is a rocket. Alvin and Sankar were very patient with me all through the process and I truly appreciate it. I thought Dana was very helpful and pleasant to boot. Overall, everyone involved was very professional and should be accordingly rewarded. Many thanks to all. More
This is the first dealership that has been proactive in their commuications with me. The facility, as well, is a pleasant experience, with open styling and no "tacky" sales gimmicks. The customer lobby and the service lobby are inviting in layout, amenities, and attentive staff. My wife owns a 2009 Prius, and is looking forward to upgrading in the next year or so to a Mercedes hybrid. I am supporting her in her goal. John Bowers More
The facility is top knotch. I really enjoy the service I receive. Everyone is very nice and make you feel at home. My salesperson is really knowledgable. I had called Alvin about a car I found on AT.com. His d the best dealership experience but the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, BAR NONE. I had called Alvin about a car I found on AT.com. His demeanor was always entirely respectful, professional and knowledgeable. His sensitivity to the customer's questions and needs are unsurpassed. Even though the dealership was set to close 30 minutes after my call, he still offered to wait while we made the 40 minute + drive to check out the car. On the way he called to ask if we needed directions, which were perfect. He and Emani greeted us at the dealership with warm courtesy and cold bottled water. Alvin's product knowledge and work ethic is outstanding, as are his follow-up skills and treatment of the customer in general; and I observed that the employees treat each other with the same stellar respect they show the customer. That's a real mark of class. I cannot recommend Alvin and this dealership highly enough. Any time I hear of someone needing a car, I will refer them here. Alvin thinks of everything; he will take care of you. More

MB of South Atlanta and it's associates have been nothing but great to me. From the time i walked in the door i was instantly greeted and felt welcomed. I knew exactly what I wanted and they all worked quickly and diligently without any haggle to accommodate me. From the excellent customer service to the array of product knowledge that I have received this is definately the dealership for me. Over the past two months I have been nothing but pleased with the level of service I have gotten. Especially from Mic Wilson who has went above and beyond for me and getting my unfortunate situation resolved. The whole experience was great from start to finish. Within the last 3 months I had a Service B work and lately ,August 15, a check-engine light investigated. After the Service B, the technician reported via the Advisor a laundry list of needed repairs i lately ,August 15, a check-engine light investigated. After the Service B, the technician reported via the Advisor a laundry list of needed repairs including my current installed car battery was not a mercedes type and needed replacing. The check-engine light diagnostics said I needed a secondary air pump(engine emmission system)for $1139.06 and my motor mounts needed replacing for $1139.13. When the guy brought me the car he said the technician told him the battery barely cranked the car. The battery in my car is still under warranty and has never given me problem. I had the air pump replaced at a repable Mercedes shop and their price was less than $750 which is approximately $400 less. I notice his part cost was over $275 less also. This shop said no replacement on the motor mounts were recommended because they not yet that bad. All this leads me to not have faith in what the technician is saying and a lost of trust. Maybe one or two technicians can make the customer have a bad experience. More
