Mercedes-Benz of South Atlanta staff provides exceptional customer service; includes individuals that assist with scheduling appointments, and the receivers that check the car in when you arrive at the servi customer service; includes individuals that assist with scheduling appointments, and the receivers that check the car in when you arrive at the service center. Each appointment requested was provided timely; staff members greet you at 7:30AM with a smile, a helping hand, a ride, if needed. They make you feel welcomed. Every experience I've had with my service advisor (Dave M.) has been terrific; he's very helpful, explains in detail my repair cost and answer my questions in way that helps me understand the specifics about the repairs and returns calls timely. Mercedes-Benz of S. Atlanta team members are awesome! Keep building your team and making your customers feel appreciated. Thank you. More

I left my car at the airport and Mark's team picked it up, performed the service my car needed and returned it clean and ready for me to use by the time I got back from my trip. Alvin Gomez, the Sales up, performed the service my car needed and returned it clean and ready for me to use by the time I got back from my trip. Alvin Gomez, the Sales Rep I always deal with, called me the day after I returned to make sure I was satisfied with the service I had received. This has happened every time I use the airport parking service or any other service this dealership provides. The service my car gets is great and I am completely satisfied with the customer service I receive from my Sales Rep. This is the third car I buy from this dealership having Alvin Gomez as my Sales Rep. As long as he's there, I will continue buying cars from this place!! Both Alvin and Mark are great to work with! Upon arriving at the dealership, everyone made my husband and I feel as valuable of a customer as those repeat customers who come in to buy the most expensive Mercedes on the lot - and we were only buying a Lexus pre-owned! Toussant, Kathryn, Mick, the entire crew went out of their way to make this a great experience. And the full tank of gas in our new car was the icing on the cake! We have already shared this delightful experience with friends, family and coworkers. I would never have dreamed that buying a car long distance like this could have turned out so wonderfully. My first visit to MB South Atlanta with my first MB. Chose MB SO ATL for price first- lowest rate on B service found in ATL area. Added bonus that they are closet to me also! Kelly T. was my Service A Chose MB SO ATL for price first- lowest rate on B service found in ATL area. Added bonus that they are closet to me also! Kelly T. was my Service Advisor, and he was super! Kelly went over in detail what was to be done, educated me on some things about my car that I was unsure of, and dealership provided complimentary shuttle to local business. Overall, this was a great experience and will definitely return for the next service! More
Well where shall i begin. Returned on 3/21/11 car was dropped off at the airport for me in mercedes reserved lot. Needless to say when i started my car it was sounding worst then when i left if so i take the car back to them . They tell me o im sorry i'll have the Tech. look at it. So they tell me its not the top pulley its the bottom pulley so they changed that free of charge they say. I drive off get home and the very next day my car is making the same noise as before just louder. So now im really pissed off. I take my car back and i speak with the store manager Peter Gaui (not sure how to spell his last name) Tell him how i missed all my appt.s for the last few days abd he really needs to compensate me for my time as I have spend over $2000 and it makes no sense that i have to keep bring my car in for the same issue. I feel like i have received Second grade service and i'm very disappointed with this Mercedes Benz service. I will not recommend them and I won't be going back in the future. I think im better off finding a mechanic outside of Mercedes maybe i'll get better service More
