The service and especially the "B" service prices for our cars were great. This was/is the best price in metro Atlanta. I gave the Dealership and the sales team a five because they were great! They anwser all my questions, they made me feel comfortable. Some high end dealership look down on you before they know your back gr they were great! They anwser all my questions, they made me feel comfortable. Some high end dealership look down on you before they know your back ground as if you are not good enough to own a certain type of vehicle but I never felt thay way. They treated me with the up most respect and provided Stellar Service! I would and have referred them to my family and friends. More
I must say that when I arrived I was greeted by a young man and he was very nice he said the person that would help would be mr. Kenvin Wade, that he would be with me shortly. After 30 mins is when I actua man and he was very nice he said the person that would help would be mr. Kenvin Wade, that he would be with me shortly. After 30 mins is when I actually saw Mr. Wade. I was told ahead of time the service would take 3 hrs, and I would be called when the car would be ready. I never received a call. After 6 hrs had past I decided to call and they told me that mr. Wade said the car would be ready in 1 hr. Mr. Wade never came on the phone to speak to me personally to explain the delay. After an hour I still did not receive a call I decided to go to the dealer anyway. When I got there my car was parked, and ready to go. They paged kenvin Wade and after 5 mins I saw him, I asked him why did I not receive a follow up to let me know my car was ready he stated he did call, I told him I did not receive a call when he verified the # it was the wrong number he was calling. I would rate the whole service a 3 because, mr. Wade just lacked in following up, I would say he needs to be more catering to each customer. I am assuming that is what would separate mbusa from the rest, and in this circumstance is was definitely lacking. More

The only negative was the state of the waiting "sitting" room. The waiting room needs to be cleaned. I noticee crubs on the floor and on the seats. I used the airport parking service for the first time, and Mark was great. It was so easy and convienent. Probably cut at least an hour of time it would have taken if I parked in an off airport lot, let a and Mark was great. It was so easy and convienent. Probably cut at least an hour of time it would have taken if I parked in an off airport lot, let alone safed the parking fees. I also arranged to have my car serviced with Kelley while they had the car and all repairs made and service report in the car when I returned from my trip. A great experience, keep up the GREAT service. More
