I can not say i was satisfied with my experience...no personal interaction with "service advisor" i thought i really didn't get a good diagnosis of my vehicle more pin the tail on the donkey type respons personal interaction with "service advisor" i thought i really didn't get a good diagnosis of my vehicle more pin the tail on the donkey type response. I really didn't feel confident about experience...told that my issue was technical and that was the explanation..thought i was grossly over charged for my service and to boot charged after my total bill a extra 18$ for maintenance fee....wow! So to summarize i would rate a 2 on scale to ten. Also don't think I'll ever purchase the brand again. More
