I wish there was less than one star to rate this dealership. I spoke to someone at the "call center" which turned out to be on the NW coast. He promised all kinds of things, so I drove FIVE HOURS dealership. I spoke to someone at the "call center" which turned out to be on the NW coast. He promised all kinds of things, so I drove FIVE HOURS to get to this dealership. I was made to wait (I had an appointment) and several times was left in a cubicle for large time blocks. The sales manager came in (you know the drill....to intimidate you) and I can honestly say, he is the most arrogant professional I ever met. They did not hold up their word. He stupidly told me that he would be able to sell the car I came for, for OVER STICKER! So, then, along with this, he told me several things that were lies. I guess he didn't know I do my homework. I would RIDE A MULE before I would buy a car from them! Luckily, I was able to make a fair, HONEST, courteous deal with another dealer (who could REALLY teach these people about professionalism and courtesy). Plus, they are stuck off in the middle of NOWHERE! Never again. A waste of time....a pure waste! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME EITHER! More

My car was in repair on June 2020 for 2 weeks. Mercedes South of Atlanta replace the Mbrace Modul for $ 2349 for the reason the internet connection and the emergency calling didn’t work. Under the circumstances and restrictions placed upon the staff during this political pandemic they all did fantastic job. The showroom was clean and everyone was friendly even though I could not see the smi staff during this political pandemic they all did fantastic job. The showroom was clean and everyone was friendly even though I could not see the smiles, I felt them. I (regrettably) chose not to ask for a loaner vehicle so I kinda stuck myself in the waiting area without coffee and a snack for four hours so any unpleasantness was of my own volition. All in all, I was treated with respect. And that’s all anybody really wants. More
