I have no purchased my 3rd vehicle from your dealership and I will only use Darri DePellegrini as male sales associates. He is simply the most professional, cordial, respectful non pressure salesperson I have had the pleasure to do auto business with, and I have been buying cars for over 53 years! That's quite a statement!!! Mr. Kravitz was very professional and as sales manager did a wonderful job. I should have negotiated for a bit more money on my trade-in (wink, wink) but all went smoothly. Another person that needs to be cited is John Borchardt in the finance department. This man is SUPER EFFICIENT and QUICK to get all the paperwork signed and done. So, all the above should receive (6) stars rather than 5! More
