Never received complementary wash, sticker for next oil change etc. but they had no problem recommending a ton of work needed in which case I had to declined due to my surprise! Needless to say, perhaps that is why I did not get the wash. I felt disrespected...perhaps it is because I have a 2005 ML 350? Nonetheless not good, not good at all. This place is becoming more like the Cherry Hill dealership...one I had wished to avoid only to see that same service here. No more Mercedes for me. Hopefully I can convince others. More

Despite the fact that I live 750 miles away My daughter purchased her Mercedes 2018 GLE from the dealership last summer and has been very satisfied. Despite the fact that I live 750 miles away she introduced me to Dante Piotti in July 2018 and encouraged me to do business with this dealership. As Dante suggested, I kept my eyes open for the right CPO E350 for me and when I saw it on the web site I reached out to Dante. He is the main reason I did business with the dealership and glad I did! They were very professional in helping to get the deal done and very fair with my trade in. Taking delivery with assistance by Richard Breitweiser was a pleasure and greatly appreciated! Great customer service and great quality! My daughter was right, despite having other options closer to me, I'm glad I did business with this dealership and glad to be a part of the AC family! More

Yearly maintenance I am surprised that Mercedes doesn’t clean the car when serviced(in&outside.
