CPO experience is what I'm commenting on I can only comment on what the service dept did prior to taking delivery of my E400 coupe. I have not had any service work done as of yet. BUUUUUUT My I can only comment on what the service dept did prior to taking delivery of my E400 coupe. I have not had any service work done as of yet. BUUUUUUT My sales rep, Alex made ALLL my requests a reality with a GREAT CAN DO attitude. I asked for tinted windows and for all the chrome accents to be blacked out. Alex said "YEP! No problem. They gave me a great price for the specialty work done. Car was sent out for the tint and wrap. Their service dept took care of needed CPO work that was needed. I also had the Dupont paint protection with 5 yr warranty done by the Detail dept too. Car is black. So they compounded, buffed and applied the Dupont paint protection. So between Alex in sales and Damon in service, I am very happy with the professionalism and anything is doable attitude of this dealership. I look forward to my next visit to MB of A.C. Thank you guys. More

I was very happy with the quick service affable atmosphere I used to go to the Mercedes dealership in Cherry hill only a couple of miles from where I live. But their service was outright deplorable. For one I used to go to the Mercedes dealership in Cherry hill only a couple of miles from where I live. But their service was outright deplorable. For one and a half years I was pleading with the cherry hill dealership to change my awful tires which constantly went flat and lost air even when they were new. The mechanics at the dealership adamantly refused to change the tires. They said I couldn't change them ever. So I got a second opinion at the AC dealership and I was so surprised how much friendlier they were at this dealership. In less than 5 minutes they gave me a new set of tires no pleading no hassles. I will now make the long trek to this dealership It is worth it in so many ways. Thank you for being such a great help!! More
