Appreciate flexibility and commitment to service I had a major Good Year tire problem with my S-550. Damon agreed to "fit me in" when I called without an appointment. Despite being busy, he arrange I had a major Good Year tire problem with my S-550. Damon agreed to "fit me in" when I called without an appointment. Despite being busy, he arranged for a full inspection of tires and wheels. He assured me that all tires were good to go. He did this in 30 minutes. This after I had suffered 3 blow outs in 2 previous weeks. Good Year Eagle tires are a real problem but Damon and the dealership are top notch. More

Mercedes-Benz Rules I know this may sound like a overstatement, but I have to say this is probably the best dealership I have ever dealt with in my life. I am walked threw everything about the Mercedes brand by a excellent sales associate Darnell Greenidge. Who actually didn't mind spending his entire day (we got there around 11am and finally signed all the paperwork at around 7:30 pm) answering every question my fiance and I could come up with. All along the way never feeling pressured into having to buy the car. He really took the time and care to make sure we were going to be happy with our purchase. I also want to mention Todd Kravitz who is also an excellent sales manager making sure we were very happy with our purchase of our new Mercedes CLA and walked us threw all the financing paperwork explaining everything without rushing threw it. The man has the patience of a saint. What it really comes down to is this is a outstanding dealership and I hope to continue our relationship with them for years to come. Thanks Mercedes! More
