Friendly staff, but left with issues My husband Took a day off work to bring my car for service (oil leak) and left with a bigger problem. I've been here for two service visits and each time, both dropping off and picking up, it takes quite a while to speak to a rep. Leave yourself 60-90 minutes to get anything done. Meanwhile, lots of other employees are walking around and chatting, and seem to be oblivious to customers. It's aggravating that they don't have the consciousness to be more attuned to wait times. Not everyone is on the same casual schedule that they evidently are on. More
