Rethink your purchase here. While my sales rep was very nice and answered all of our questions and got us setup I cannot say the same post purchase. From day 1 our car would not connect with the Mercedes app, brought it in to the service team who worked on it. Said it would be "up and running within a few days." Still nothing and going on 4 months now. The response we get is "we have tried everything." We were sold a car that does not work as intended. Keep getting the run around and no calls being returned. Stay away. More
