Leo was very good he explained not only the service work was performed but the service needed. I was not happy with the pricing because I had gotten a price that was 1/3 of what you quoted but other than th was performed but the service needed. I’m debating whether to get it done. It doesn’t affect the functioning of the car so it’s not an emergency. More

Everyone was a pleasure to work with at Mercedes! I went in to take a test drive super undecided on what I wanted to do at the time but wanted to see how I liked the car. Everyone we've come across have been welcoming and helpful. Our salesman David was excellent with his patience as we took alittle longer to decide what we wanted but he never gave up.
