Not friendly at all. Looks like ghost town, I paid off the car a month after buying. For two years they sent ads to me with my payment, or what it would have been. They don’t know if they are coming or going. I’m done with them. Very disappointed in Mercedes.

I would love to get a little more detail about your problem with the sales team. Dawn O'Brien is our General Manager and she is very friendly and accommodating, so I am interested to hear where things went wrong. If you feel comfortable, please share the details of your interaction so I can discuss it with our team. If you have searched around for new S-Class models you will certainly find that inventory is very scarce right now. The microchip shortage has impacted all Manufacturers across the country and unfortunately that includes Mercedes-Benz. We do have 3 Mercedes-Benz dealerships in our group so if you would like to find out what other options we may have available, please let me know.
