Tina the service coordinator greeted me by name. She explained what work was going to be done and how long it would take. I declined the offer of a loaner car and waited in the dealership lobby. Was given misinformation several times on due date of my car - when I asked what they could do on my trade or sticker price - was told we’re Mercedes - we don’t negotiate - approach changed when I was asked car - when I asked what they could do on my trade or sticker price - was told we’re Mercedes - we don’t negotiate - approach changed when I was asked during sales process - why did I purchase car - my response was not due to the sales person - his tune/attitude changed once I said that. Also had winter mats included when I purchased 4 year service plan- silly me - assumed it was all 5 mats - when I asked about it - they gave me some answer like oh you wanted that too - not sure if it was in stock - at that point I just dropped it - irritated - my sister purchased car prior year from another dealer - she got large thermal cup, cooler bag & key rings - I got nothing even offered - I emailed sales person & requested key rings - I did receive those by mail.
