My intent was to only lease one however, I was given the opportunity to lease a second on an early return of a Mercedes that I was currently leasing. When negotiating for the second car I was told that there would be some price consideration on the second car because I was leasing two. When I returned to the dealership to close on the second car, no consideration was given. I wound up closing the sale but in hindsight should have walked away and bought the car at a different dealership. More

After being told you do an over 100pt. inspection on all used vehicles being sold, I did arrive at the dealership feeling confident on this purchase. Aside from a trade-in discrepancy that we were able to w used vehicles being sold, I did arrive at the dealership feeling confident on this purchase. Aside from a trade-in discrepancy that we were able to work out, I was very disappointed on the pre-maintenance work done. First, I was handed just one key fob (I had two functioning fobs) that did not even work. It was I who had to figure it out and replace the battery in the fob. Fortunately, that was the issue but you would think that if this points inspection was thoroughly done that would have been addressed beforehand. When it came to how to open and close the liftgate that wasn't working, the response from your representative was "This is not my brand, I don't know" I too had to figure that out by watching several youtube videos to finally make the minor repair. Again, if a thorough inspection was done it would have been operating when I tested it at the dealership. After I left, the next day I began to calmly go over my new ride, I uncovered issues that clearly were not addressed. When I checked the oil, it was black as tar. You mean to tell me that an oil change was too much of a stretch for the service department? The brake fluid reserve was so low that I had to put a full bottle of fluid to bring it to at least where I could see it in the tank. In addition, the windshield washer fluid tank was bone dry. These basic items must not be part of your inspection process. Recently, I needed to do a tire rotation, sure enough I searched every nook and cranny in my car for the socket to unlock the key lock lug. I was unsuccessful... for there was no socket to be found. All I would have appreciated was a heads up on that so I would have least known. Not a word was mentioned about it. Overall, I love the car and I did appreciate the good price...but as far as the preparedness of your used vehicles in my case, I know corners were cut and things said you do, were not. This is the reason for my low rating on your quality of work. More

I have been in for service 3 times in past month and service visits were 2 weeks long. I feel the service manager does what he can based on what he has available to him however communications are usual service visits were 2 weeks long. I feel the service manager does what he can based on what he has available to him however communications are usually unclear and the length it takes to get the car fixed is over and above normal . I don’t feel I have a good trust in the car or the service received. Only time will tell if the car has been diagnosed and fixed properly. More
