Mark, the manager, took an interest in a problem we were having with our Mercedes. He took the time and effort to investigate and take care of a problem we were having and successfully resolved it. I brought my car in for 2 problems and only one was resolved. Now I’m waiting for a loaner vehicle for over a month to bring back my car to have the issues resolved, driving daily with the fear it may resolved. Now I’m waiting for a loaner vehicle for over a month to bring back my car to have the issues resolved, driving daily with the fear it may not start, because they chose to not listen to me and claimed it was a battery issue when in fact it’s not. I had a flat tire on LBI. I have run flats. It took 3 1/2 hours for tow truck. The entire next day the dealer could not schedule a replacement tire. Two days later I retrieved my car.
