Very bad, I had to follow up for them to mail me the paperwork and plates. They then only mail the title. They forgot to mail the plates. I call in and they say they forgot to mail them. Went in and was taken as scheduled. Waited for about an hour and a lady informed me that they can not match the serial number to those that is being recalled. And that it could have been installed at a lat hour and a lady informed me that they can not match the serial number to those that is being recalled. And that it could have been installed at a later date. Gave me the keys and said I can go. No paperwork. I don’t believe this cause we. bough the car brand new. Or did they really checked it out. I have my doubts cause there’s no view to the service bays. Thanks but no thanks More
