However, if Mr. Liss selects not to show me the courtesy, I will gladly share my concern with Mercedes Corporate directly. I recently leased a 2019 C300W4 on November 1, 2019. When I spoke with the sales rep, I informed the representative that I preferred a white vehicle, and I would lease a black vehicle if the white vehicle was not available. With that said, I leased a black vehicle b/c there was not one white 2019 C300 to be found between the 3 stores. On October 31st, Jonathan Batt came to my office to complete the required paperwork in Pennsylvania, and for that I am grateful. I noticed that the lease agreement terms were not accurate, and Mr. Batt informed me that Dawn, the Finance Manager would revise the agreement. This client reads the fine print. I asked Mr. Batt if I could pick up the vehicle in Fort Washington as the Fort Washington dealership is only 15 miles from my home, and the car was an internal transfer from Fort Washington to Atlantic City. I was told that Mr. Liss would not approve. Interestingly, three years ago, Mr. Batt delivered a new car to my home in Pennsylvania, and we did all of the paperwork at my kitchen table on a Friday evening! Upon delivery of the vehicle on Saturday, November 2nd in Atlantic City, the lease agreement was corrected. I received the car with 153 miles on the odometer and the paperwork indicated that the mileage was 125 miles. When I questioned the accuracy of the paperwork, Mr. Batt stated to me, I will give you the $ 10.00 at the end of the lease. On Friday, 11/29/2019, I was in the Fort Washington PA dealership, and a white 2019 C300W4 was on the showroom floor. I also realized that the temporary out of state tag expired on 11/29/2019, and I called Carol, Atlantic City Title Department. She gave me some line that the paperwork for my vehicle was lost, and Fort Washington cannot find it and Atlantic City cannot find it, so she will need to reach out to Mercedes Corporate. I mentioned to Carol that I was standing in the Fort Washington dealership, and I would follow up with someone there. Carol seemed indifferent to me. With the feeling of betrayal from the A/C Sales & Finance & Title Departments, and at my suggestion, my husband lease his 2020 C300W4 from Fort Washington, and he took delivery of a vehicle on 11/30/2019 from Fort Washington. A new temporary tag was overnited to me during the first week of December (possibly Tuesday, 12/03) with Jonathan Batt's follow-up. I called the Finance Department on 12/10/2019 @ 3:03PM, and asked if Dawn could return my call. It is now 12/11/2019, approximately 22 hours later, and I am awaiting that return call. At approximately, 4:45P on 12/10/2019, I called Mr. Liss, and I am awaiting a return call to request his intervention of my concern. I am usually not one to give a negative review, however I am a repeat customer, and as a repeat customer, I am disappointed with the lack of customer service from this dealership. More

I was embarrassed by dealership because of their unprofessionalism. Made me look like I was nothing…. Here is my story On Friday 12/6/2019 I went to Mercedes dealership to trade my Nissan Rouge with Mercedes. This is my 6th or 7th vehicle so, I know how it works. I am very specific when it comes to purchase a car and very straight forward. I don't like flowery words. So, I told the salesperson this is my credit this is the money I can put down and this is how much I owe so, Salesman knows what needs be done or if it's even possible to trade. I did my credit app so, process can be expedited. Salesman comes back to me after 30 min and gave me the final number and I was surprise and very happy with it. it's not what I was looking for but it's a doable number to work based on my current credit situation and I agreed to their offer since they have my credit report and everything. Once agreed I presumed they got the approval from bank and that's the standard procedure no matter what car dealership you go so, I told the salesman that I agree the terms and I'll be bringing my wife in Saturday morning so, the Finance had entire Friday to secure my loan or not before I arrived on Friday morning. Saturday the 7th @8:30am I got a message from salesman am I ready to close the deal & I said yes and I am on my way. I go the store and salesman quickly assured me that everything is in the process he called my insurance company added the Mercedes and it’s go to go.. they took the car for servicing filled up the tank & cleaned it up. That’s usually final stage. I transfer everything from my old car to new car then I told my wife drive the Mercedes to work.. she looks very happy and excited then I told her stay in Mercedes until I finish the paperwork. Finance manager approached me told me let’s talk, I thought I’ll be signing the paper and everything. Here comes the shocking… First 2 min I didn’t really understand what the xxxx was he baffling about then I asked him what the deal??? He said bank want’s more money…. Bla… Bla… Bla then I said Friday when you guys gave me the offer I accepted it and everything was good to go in terms of the agreement why is it different number Finance guy told me quickly I am sorry we were busy.. please note : he said busy. They had entire Friday to call me or in the morning to make the decision simply say no!!!! how hard is it??? before I made the trip it could of save my time and energy instead, they waisted my time on Friday and Saturday. They didn’t value my time ,I was embarrassed in front of my wife & I had to tell her have to get out of the Mercedes because finance was too busy and I was less important & didn’t had the time since Friday because they gave me false information and inconsistence act like bunch of “rank amateur”. Running this place. Some how I felt discriminated and humiliated really felt like 3rd class citizen. No one has to feel that way if things were done the proper way. These finance idiot needs to be thrown out of the job for his arrogant behavior and his fake sorry!!!! Make me fell like I am nothing…. Mercedes Benz should be ashamed of themselves not value customer time and put them in embarrassment situation & miss handling customer information. You should never give out car to customer until its’ ready to go and approved by bank false hope and wrong impression is not a good practice. You have to be transparent efficient and honest even when you turn down customer must be done in a way that they comfortable and must be welcome you failed to do so it’s a high loss of consumer trust. It’s more like forget the deal on Friday “give me more money or get out of the car” that’s not how it work… IF you gave me deal that means you have already called the bank. Do not tell customer we were too busy didn’t had time and make customer feel embarrassed. More
