Leo was very good he explained not only the service work was performed but the service needed. I was not happy with the pricing because I had gotten a price that was 1/3 of what you quoted but other than th was performed but the service needed. Everyone was a pleasure to work with at Mercedes! I went in to take a test drive super undecided on what I wanted to do at the time but wanted to see how I liked the car.
