My car was in the shop for a minor repair. I was set up to set up to get a loaner vehicle. Everything went as scheduled. My car needed a code for the computer and it took longer than expected I was set up to set up to get a loaner vehicle. Everything went as scheduled. My car needed a code for the computer and it took longer than expected. I had to go out of town for a funeral. My vehicle code was still not in or been sent for repair. A weeek had pasted and the funeral was two days away. I inquired about driving the loaner vehicle out of state. I was told no because they track the loner vehicles and they would be sold in the near future. I left the loaner vehicle at my house and drove my truck to Va. The repersentive did tell me that my vehicle could be driven but i did not want to resechedule for another appointment when it had already been there for 7 days prior to me departing. If a loner vehicle is being used to replace your vehicle why is it being restricted? An S series is more valueable than a E350. More
