My car went in for service on last week. No complaints with the service. However, this dealership does not answer the phones and they do not return your texts back. I have noticed this change over the last three years. They need to work on this because it’s really not good customer service when a customer has questions about their car. They also kept my car too long for tire change and A service. It use to take about 6-8 hours, now it’s 5p the next day. More

Kept me posted but learned this visit my scheduled appt did not matter due to me having a loaner. The other customer was move to serviced first.
