In response to the initial review, I visited the Mercedes dealer and was greeted by a highly professional manager, Mr. Parker. Mr. Parker promptly and professionally resolved the issue. The scratches were removed and buffed out, leaving subtle buff marks. While I believe these marks can also be buffed out, the scratches and gouges have been eliminated. I was pleased to observe the dealership’s prompt response to my request to protect my vehicle and regain my trust. Mercedes-Benz has consistently been a reputable and sophisticated brand, and their commitment to maintaining high standards of perfection is evident. I express my gratitude to Mercedes-Benz for their assistance in this matter.
