This dealership left the paper and the plastic in my vehicle after servicing the vehicle which Lexus has never done this. Also, I was not offer a complementary vehicle wash which at the Lexus dealership, they do this at every service. For the amount of money I spent, I was looking for the same or better professional experience as I receives at the Lexus dealership. I will be taking my vehicle to the Mercedes dealership in Columbia, SC for here on. Hopefully, I my experience will be the same or better as the Lexus dealership in Augusta, GA. More
