I have owned a Lexus for the last 12 years until my husband convenience me to purchased a Mercedes. I am so disappointed with my first visit at the Mercedes dealership in Augusta, GA. This dealership left the paper and the plastic in my vehicle after servicing the vehicle which Lexus has never done this. Also, I was not offer a complementary vehicle wash which at the Lexus dealership, they do this at every service. For the amount of money I spent, I was looking for the same or better professional experience as I receives at the Lexus dealership. I will be taking my vehicle to the Mercedes dealership in Columbia, SC for here on. Hopefully, I my experience will be the same or better as the Lexus dealership in Augusta, GA. More
