The service staff is very professional very knowledgeable. Understandable. The manager is terrific of the service department nice friendly, very helpful. I had an appointment and after being there for over 2 hours I asked my service advisor what’s going on. He then informed me that it’s first come first serve on the weekend. If I had known that I would no hours I asked my service advisor what’s going on. He then informed me that it’s first come first serve on the weekend. If I had known that I would not have made an appointment and came much earlier. He was doing his job well. I just don’t care that you don’t honor appointment time and insert customers on first come first serve. More
This is the second time now that they have done service on a brand new E class and both times they have left me with large scratches at least 20 inches long gouged into the brand new paint job. This is totally unacceptable and very low class when your Mercedes owners who value Mercedes as a high class Well performing Vehicle to allow unprofessional people to do something as simple.
