Always first class at this service department! They need to hire more technicians, or not make as many service appointments per day! It took 31.5 hours to do a 30,000 mile service. Definitely BEWARE of this dealership especially Tyrone. Nothing but lies at this place. Drove 8 hours for a “fully serviced” truck for it to be on its last 6% life of a fuel filter(this is a big deal with Nothing but lies at this place. Drove 8 hours for a “fully serviced” truck for it to be on its last 6% life of a fuel filter(this is a big deal with diesels engines) which makes me feel oil was just reset instead of actually being changed. They couldn’t do anything about it they said. Took a little bit off for the price of a new filter. Asked at the time for a spare key or price to be taken off Issac sales guy said no (I watched he didn’t go and ask) Went to do paper work and they did not take off the fuel filter cost on final copy and tried to slip it by me till I noticed it and brought it up. Called a few days later about a spare key cause I knew Issac didn’t talked to Tyrone and also said he wasn’t asked and the proceeded to belittle me saying it’s a younger generation thing wanting spare key and fob cause they are irresponsible etc. Then I proceeded to tell him why I wanted a spare key and fob for my family incase they need a vehicle if something happens to theirs while I’m at work and they need to go somewhere. He said then he’d talk to the general manager when he got back and tell me. Well after several calls and weeks of being led on to not having time to ask and find out and saying I’ll ask first thing in the morning and call which I never got. So I decided to contact Mercedes. Just for Tyrone to tell Mercedes I was lying etc with all this that Tyrone said they couldn’t “afford” it and he never said anything to me about finding out nor about belittling me on the phone cause of being a younger generation. So all and all beware of this place and their scandals before you drive as far as I did to be lied to when you get there and get schemed by shady people. More
