Tyrone, I’m going to be completely honest. When we first began having problems the old service staff was there and “monitoring it”. Then, quickly everyone we knew left. We were contacting them to get advice on how to go ahead. We contacted MBUSA and spoke with a girl there and said she could see all the recalls on my GLC300 2017 even. But, not ours. She told me to contact NTSB. Of which we did. No response. We then went down there after speaking to previous employees. They said it shouldn’t cost me anything to have the Augusta GA to close out. So, I went down there. The now unemployed lady closed it but was charging me 500. I sat there and waited and she decided not to charge me. Fast forward to now, the sun shade half way opening and stuck. I contacted MBUSA again and told me they would give me good will. You know, that didn’t happen. Not only did you not take our calls. But the other guy would only text and tell us he was busy. Then another executive that tells us he only deals with management there, but couldn’t get anyone on the phone. At this point we are frustrated and go and get our car. Now the WHOLE sunshade is open.!!! Told you and you said you couldn’t close it! BUT, you need new tires (not true) and brakes were fine WHAT???!! Then I was contacted to write a review on your business. I have no faith in contacting you or you receiving good will. We contacted a guy in North Augusta and he gets a lot of that model to permanently close. As I said at some point this is a safety issue and I know you could care less.
