This service department never ever hits the mark. Over the years that I use to take my Mercedes there, the service was just mediocre. They ended up giving me completely wrong information about a li Over the years that I use to take my Mercedes there, the service was just mediocre. They ended up giving me completely wrong information about a light that was on and said it was for something else. It wasn't, they never drained the oil, just vacuumed it out and ended up over the years ruining my engine and of course wanted to sell me a new car because they didn't think it was worth fixing. I did have it fixed at a much better mechanic and it runs beautifully now...is a 2000 SLK 320 hard top convertible sports edition. Now I am needing to go to then due to a recall and a class action law suit on my other Mercedes and lo and behold after my first call they were to follow up and I heard nothing. The excuse I got was that the rep had to go out and then she told me she just didn't see the email she was sent to schedule the inspection. Well again, what kind of customer service is that if they don't have a backup when someone is out and that they don't even read their emails? I can't say I was surprised because they certainly met my expectation of being poor in how they manage the service requests. I don't remember the name of the 1st person I talked with but I talked to Bailey second to confirm some parts that have been backordered and she was fine and listened well. More

What can I say. A windshield replaced in fewer than 6 hours and a brand new GLC to use as a loaner to take friends out for lunch. Very satisfying and great work.
