On this past Saturday, I experienced some of the worst customer service that I’ve experience in a long time. The salesperson started out by saying “I don’t know anything about this vehicle; even though I customer service that I’ve experience in a long time. The salesperson started out by saying “I don’t know anything about this vehicle; even though I had scheduled an appointment to test drive it. Stephen was unprofessional and had not bothered to learn any details about the vehicle I requested. He treated me as though I did not belong nor was I welcomed at your dealership. He took an excessively long time to talk to a “manager” about my request for any buying incentives available. He told me this was the best deal within a 200-mile radius and his mannerism said “Take it or leave it.” He did not ask if I would like to test-drive any other vehicles. He did not offer me his card. I was disappointed with this dealership, as I had driven 80 miles to test drive a car. I was put off was his distant attitude and responded in kind. I do plan to purchase a vehicle within the next few weeks, but I will not be using your dealership. Watrina White More
