I met Reva Hope way over a year ago when I went in for service. She is in sales. My husband and I immediately bonded with her. Now a year (or two) later we finally bought a new car from her. She kept in touch the entire time in a very professional manor. When it came time to buy, she guided us, not only in our selection, but made the entire transaction as easy as buying a pie. Our car was delivered by Ellen to our door and the old one was taken to the dealership.
