I just picked up an E53 AMG Cabriolet from MB Austin and it was a complete F***-up. I ordered this car 11 months ago (the wait not MB Austin's fault). I had sent the the car build from the Mercedes website it was a complete F***-up. I ordered this car 11 months ago (the wait not MB Austin's fault). I had sent the the car build from the Mercedes website to the sales department and they told me it was ordered exactly as requested, however when it arrived it wasn't even close but at this point I'd waited a year and needed the car. They refused to budge 1 cent due to their multiple mistakes. Specifically they had not included the Drivers Assistance Package, the Dash Cam, Chrome accents, or the rims requested and had added the Night Package (which I had not requested). Consequently I have a vehicle that cost $100k and should be awesome, but is simply meh due to the asinine customer service at MB Austin. Caveat emptor If you order anything from them. A VERY dissatisfied customer. More

After driving 4 hours from Longview to Austin for a family wedding, we encounted a vehicle issue. We called MB Roadside Assistance and spoke with Erika who dispatched a tow truck which arrived in 20 m family wedding, we encounted a vehicle issue. As soon as the vehicle arrived at MB of Austin, Jorge Montoya, service advisor, called us to let us know it had arrived. It was late Thursday afternoon, and Jorge called us the next morning to let know that they had diagnosed the issue and ordered a part to be express delivered on Monday. Jorge communicated with us throughout the whole repair process, and the service department had us on the road on Monday afternoon. Well done, professional, and friendly!
