It needs to be addressed and not just clean up the filter "as a compliment" when it is originally a design flaw, as it appears to be. More

follow up on complaint i had posted a complaint and MB took positive action. they contacted me immediately, inquired and listened to my position. we discussed my concerns i had posted a complaint and MB took positive action. they contacted me immediately, inquired and listened to my position. we discussed my concerns and reached a very reasonable solution. am thoroughly impressed w/mercedes benz of austin. picked up my vehicle yesterday with repairs completed which exceeded my expectations! totally recommend this dealer --- they are fair, reasonable, attentive and really do aim to please the customer ---- all customers. special shout out to nick and jesse! seriously cannot thank you enough. i love my car so much and you guys have made it possible for me to keep it.!
