Wes told me what to do and to come back in 5 months. Although kinda let down, I followed his advice and I am now the owner of a 2016 C300. Wes was amazing, personable, considerate and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed being there with him through the process. Alex Peek then took us over and she was amazing. Sweet, knowledgeable, and was excited for us. If you could clone them and have others like them at your dealership, you would certainly continue to be the place of choice. Impressed with sales person Wes Ceravola We just concluded a negotiation for a cpo M class vehicle with Wes Ceravola. After a three day process,unfortunately for us, the specific car we were We just concluded a negotiation for a cpo M class vehicle with Wes Ceravola. After a three day process,unfortunately for us, the specific car we were interested in ended up being sold to another customer . (We are about 600 miles away so the only way for us to do this was over the phone & internet which required a bit more negotiating time, in our case) When we called in to follow up on a car we had found on the MB USA website, we got Wes, someone completely new to us. Although we came up short by loosing the specific car that was right for our needs, a frustrating experience, we gained the pleasure of working with him. When we got Wes' call this morning that the car had been sold to another person, unbeknownst to him, we of course were disappointed, however our main feeling at that time was for Wes, having put in so much work and loosing the sale in the end after such a good faith effort. For anyone reading this and interested in buying a car, we found Wes to be friendly, knowledgeable, tirelessly responsive to our endless question, all the while always keeping his word on getting back to us. He built our trust, listened & communicated well and we came to rely on him. By the way, talk about going above and beyond, when we got to a sticking point in negotiations about the distance involved between us and how we were pressed for time, Wes after careful consideration offered to drive the car half way with me driving the other half to the agreed meeting place where we would finish any open details and swap our trade for our new purchase.
