The truck began having issues starting on Saturday July 9th. I called and asked for Kyle and was sent to his voice-mail. My call was never returned and now the truck won't start at all. We were advises that they serviced the vehicle when they received it because they don't want to sale bad vehicles or tarnish their brand. We were on the fence already,but Kyle assured us it was serviced and we even purchased a warranty. It appears that they don't care about you unless you purchase a Mercedes. This is horrible, they are all smiles until you purchase, then you are tossed to the side. We are very disappointed in Mercedes Benz of Baton Rouge and Kyle. If this is how they trest you we you don't purchase their brand I can only imagine being a regular customer. I would definitely not recommend purchasing here. More
