Dan Danveport and Josh are LIARS! Dan Danveport and Josh Marchan are liars. They both continually lied to me via email concerning the repairs of my vehicles. I had my car picked up fo Dan Danveport and Josh Marchan are liars. They both continually lied to me via email concerning the repairs of my vehicles. I had my car picked up for a airbag recall . Joshua repeatly emailed me lie after Allie. He claimed that my car repairs couldn’t be made until my car repairs was prepaid. Something I never heard of. I then told him to not make repairs on the vehicle because I don’t prepay any services . He did made repairs anyway and after lying kept my car for almost a year. The emails I received was filled with threats of towing and selling my vehicle instead of making me whole. I incurred financial hardship and mental distress as I am single mother. They completely took advantage of me being a female. I still dont have my vehicle. When I asked for the GM and CEO email .. Dan gave me the number to customer service and they redirected me back to DAN. This is horrible More

Over Priced Oil Change I was charged $180+ for a basic oil and filter change. After I spoke to Dan Davenport, Service Manger, he agreed to refund a portion of the service ch I was charged $180+ for a basic oil and filter change. After I spoke to Dan Davenport, Service Manger, he agreed to refund a portion of the service charge. This refund brought my total to $137.85; which is better than the original charge, but still ridiculous for an oil and filter change. I am able to get an Infiniti QX80 changed for $65 at the dealership and a Chevrolet Corvette changed for $105 at the dealership; both of which are premium synthetic grade oils and a larger volume than my C300. There is absolutely no reason a customer should be charged $180 for a basic oil change. And another suggestion, provide an estimate for the expected service when the car is dropped off and the service ticket is written. I definitely wouldn’t have had my oil changed at this dealership if I was provided this information. Instead the response I received when I picked up my car was “oil prices have gone up”. More

Great Customer Service I stopped by to have my tire inspected because the pressure often fluctuates with weather changes. I know this is normal, but rear passages tire down ten pounds. Of course they found a small leak (yuck), but it was the young lady that waited on me I found to be exceptional. Extremely courteous and kind and soft spoken. I didn’t get her name, (Andrea Bidwell usually waits on me, not her) but I will definitely make a note of it in next visit and couldn’t pass up this opportunity to say Well Done and great employees chosen to represent your dealership More
Not logical I think the fees for repair is ubsurb, they charge $148 per hour....I work in the medical field with a xx degree, we work with Dr’s who don’t charge t I think the fees for repair is ubsurb, they charge $148 per hour....I work in the medical field with a xx degree, we work with Dr’s who don’t charge that rate. I can’t see paying $6000 in labor fees and parts only $790....that’s not logical. More
